Shipping

We ship to European Union countries offered at checkout. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your delivery zone and are displayed before payment. You receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Returns within 14 days

You have 14 days after receipt to change your mind. Contact us by email at hola@heyrieuxtora.com or via chat providing your order number: we will give you the procedure and the return address.

  • The product must be complete, in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days using the payment method used for the order.

Defective or damaged product

If your product arrives damaged or has a defect, contact us with photos as soon as possible: it will be replaced or refunded under the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years).
